Today's estate agents, letting agents, surveyors and property solicitors need to learn the best techniques for capturing property sales leads, following up with prospects and converting them into customers. Anyone considering new technology must consider the impact of training on their staff.

Will they be receiving internet marketing training ?
Will they even understand what they are doing?

Failure to train is responsible for more wasted time and needless support costs than any other factor.

If your staff can't answer these questions they are going to appear ignorant in front of your newly technologically enfranchised buyers and sellers.
