| A pub next to a train station which fell victim to the credit crunch will be reborn as a coffee shop.The Albion, next to Acton Central station in Churchfield Road, will be converted into a cafe and snack bar by businessman Assi Aviv, who owns another coffee shop in Golders Green.Licensed property agents from Paramount Investments, which sold the Albion, are urging other entrepreneurs to look into converting former pubs in the area.Managing director Mark Greig said: "Pubs represent excellent value to the right kind of businessperson who has a vision for its future."
